I have been off of here for a long time.. was doing very well up until a fall i had in early June, then I went down hill... I couldn't exercise... I had fractured one elbow and severly sprained the other, the medication I was on made me a bit unsteady so I didnt even get to walk. At that point I was walking 5 miles a day and doing a workout video for 30min. As well as various other activities to stay active... looking back now, I was a bit overboard... but then I went to not being able to do nothing.. and not really caring. I lost the motivation and the drive... now my arm is not fully healed but I can walk again (but am not) I am finding it hard to get motivated again. Even with the scale going up.. I am finding myself just not caring. I want to do something, but really don't know what to do or have the means to do it with... eating healthy is a fight, because of other members of the family not wanting to eat good things, complaints all the time, rolling eyes.. and thatis just my husband LOL j/k just had to do that... LOL looking for motivation and a reason to pick it up again without excess.

well so far am doing rather well, even with eating out a couple times I am managing to keep the numbers slowly going down. The walks are nice, but extremely hot, but I keep pushing forward and continuing even though I dread the heat. Our pool is still not running properly and it sure would be nice to add swimming to my day especially after a hot walk!
