I knew I'd lose a lot of water weight for my first weigh in but woohoo! hehe

Diet followed reasonably well

Today was day 7 of my diet. I have to just take it one day at a time or else I'll get overwhelmed and discouraged. I'll be weighing in tomorrow morning. I'm excited but probably because I peeked (bad girl)

Does anyone know if there's a way to see your total daily points on this site? Or do you have to go into each food and then add them up? Well I ended up having a Wendy's Taco Salad for dinner. I used 8 of my Flex Points but that's what they're there for.

Wow, it's only 1pm and I didn't even realize I only have 4 points left. Oh well I'll just have to have a small dinner just to take my pills and maybe use a few flex points. It's okay though I'm not discouraged. My breakfast had way too many points.
