I just was not hungry at lunch time today so I just had carrot sticks. That granola/fruit parfait from starbucks really filled me up. It turned out well though because I forgot to bring pop to work and I HAD to have one and well... I ended up having two regular cokes from the fridge but it was sooooo good :-)

I kind of had too many points for breakfast but I enjoyed it and don't regret it. I will probably use a few flex points for dinner tonight but I'm not going to go overboard with them this week like I did last week.

I used all my flexpoints and then did really bad on Friday but I kept to it strictly all weekend and still came out with a loss. Yay :-)

Enjoy my new recipe. I got it from WeightWatchers.com. It is a good meal to make and then put away to enjoy throughout the week when you don't feel like cooking :-)
Cheesy Chili-Mac
Adults will love how easy this chili-based meal is to prepare. Both kids and adults will love its taste.
Servings: 8
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups elbow shaped elbow macaroni
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 medium onion
29 oz stewed tomato
2 1/2 cups tomato juice
4 oz chili peppers
31 oz pinto beans
1/2 cup, shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Instructions * Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until meat is browned, about 10 minutes; drain off fat. * Stir in undrained stewed tomatoes including juice, tomato juice, chili peppers and chili powder; bring mixture to a boil. * Stir in macaroni and beans; return to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until macaroni is tender, about 15 minutes. Spoon chili into bowls and sprinkle with cheese. Yields about 1 cup of chili and 1 tablespoon of cheese per serving
