obsessed with food.
i always think about shopping.

i have been practicing so much restraint... because i want to buy new, smaller clothing, but i understand and can relate, on that notion. i think about it a lot. more than a person should.

working mom and losing weight???
i'm terrible at eating breakfast. i bought oatmeal bars and those carnation instant shakes just to get something in my belly, otherwise i end up throwing my whole day off.

having both gives me a little variety.

it's not as healthy as eggs, or a cooked breakfast, but it's better than fast food.


also, i notice that i lose more weight when i eat breakfast, even just those little things.

and water. all day. at LEAST 64 oz.
