Day 8 and 9
So I got really busy yesterday and couldn't write down anything I went to bed after midnight because I didn't get a chance to have dinner till 11. I went over my calories by a little bit yesterday. Not too bad but not great either.
Today however I stayed under my calorie goals and I worked out for an hour at the gym. I think I'm gonna stick to an hour work out on two machines for a couple weeks to get into a rhythm.
Ok tomorrow, yes, happy good success time.

Day 7
Working out after the gym was total good happy success time. I worked out like a beast and zoned out on the exercise bike. I feel like that will be easy to keep doing after work.
Dinner wasn't as good. My vegetables are kinda gross cause the fridge keeps freezing over. So I had chicken and noodles with sour cream/cheese/ and butter. I kept it in my calorie limits but I feel it was too rich. Maybe I'll buy some greek yogurt to replace the sour cream tomorrow when I go shopping.
Grocery Day tomorrow.

Day 6
Today went pretty smoothly. The collard greens were good. My fridge is screwed up though so most of my produce is frozen. We have to replace it soon.
No gym today cause it was closed. Tomorrow is a work day so I'll try to hit the gym tomorrow after work.

Day 5
Today was long but I got through it well enough. I went to the gym for a few hours and worked out pretty well. But then when I was prepping for dinner I cut my hand pretty badly. Other than that I kept on goal with my food intake and exercise.
Tomorrow looks to be long to.

Day 3 and 4,
So I forgot to write an entry yesterday because I was zonked from working out at the gym. I worked out for thirty minutes plus the 30 minute walk to and from the gym. I did pretty good probably burn around 2000 calories yesterday.
Today I did nothing but housework and video games all day. I didn't want to eat a salad tonight so I decided to make a batch of szechaun chicken with bell peppers and rice. It was pretty filling and it was roughly 1700 calories. With that and breakfast I went a little over my daily calorie level but not too bad. I still burned around 1500 to 2000 calories.
I'll try to make it to the gym tomorrow cause it was closed today.
