I have to make a confession....I weighed in a week before I started this program, and after "labor day's weekend BBQ and pig out"....I am actually 3 pounds more than I was when I weighed in....so I had to adjust my disgusting starting weight of 190 pounds to 193 pounds!!! ugh!!! but today I am back to 190 pounds! Today's theme....nothing to eat after 7pm!!!!

I have noticed that watching portions is hard, I cheat....and I am thinking that lean cuisines might be the way for me to go......so for today, I will once again watch those portions as I still have BBQ left overs and I am going to make sure I drink enough water!!! I have just noticed that when recording my foods for yesterday and today, I have maxed out and went over the daily recommended amount in both carbs and fats!!!!! note for tomorrow........more protein!

Monday 9/5 was my actual start day....although I had plenty of left over BBQ from Labor day cookout on Sunday, I was still pretty good.....I ate left overs but ate NORMAL size portions! Todays theme was NORMAL size portions. I will continue with that theme all week!
