Beccadunlop one of the girls that I work with said the same thing. She is at the gym all the time and she said that I may not see it on the scale but I need to measure certain areas of my body that the results will be in the measurements.

When and How Often
do you step on the scale. I know that question has been asked many times previously and I know its all up to a certain preference or individual. But when you do you do it. The scale calls me every morning but I was told only to step on it once a week and at the same exact time when I do

I Gained 2 pounds
I want to step on the scale so bad, but Ive been hearing what everyone is saying. I have taken notice that my clothes do fit a little differently. I know also my body changes at certain times of the month and that is coming up close so I hope some of my weight gain is that as well. Thank you all for your support. I'm going to the beach again this summer and wanna look good so I'm not giving up.

I Gained 2 pounds
I have been working my butt of the last couple days, stepped on the scale this morning and gained 2 pounds. I almost don't want to keep going. I'm trying to get my numbers down not go up. Julian has been killing me the last few days and my body is sore, and my numbers are going up. What am I doing wrong? I don't want to quit but I don't want to keep going either.
