Today will be a hard day for eating. I have to work today from 10am till 7pm. Of course I had breakfast around 8 am. I will not be able to have a snack until 12:30. Lunch will be somewhere between 2pm. I will get another snack around 4pm. Since I don't get off until 7 and not home until around 7:30 it makes it hard for me to eat a meal that late. By the time I fixed a meal it would be 8:30 or later.
Since I would have only 912 calories for the day I know I need to eat more. Guessing the best thing I could do it make a smoothie but would rather have something solid.
Any idea's

Yesterday I did great UNTIL the afternoon and evening. I was so proud of myself. Eating homemade tomato soup with canned tomato's out of my garden. Thinking of my Mom who was buried a year ago from that very day and thinking about her homemade tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. Sitting there eating took me back to my childhood.
It was a rough day but I tried to keep my mind off her passing. No brothers or sisters to talk to so needless to say I blew it. Pretzels, hard candy and even two chocolate kisses. Even though I stayed under my calories I felt so bad for messing up.
Today will be a different story. Eat healthy, eat healthy, eat healthy. Gosh am I in the Wizard of Oz?????????? lol

I feel pretty good about my eating less. I don't have the carbs, protein and fat down yet but just eating less is really boosting me. I call, breakfast a lunch then the rest of the day in my mind it's not called meals but snacks. "meals to me mean a lot of food."
Tonight I am going to have popcorn. I thought I had the kind you pop on the stove but have to resort to the microwave kind. Not my favorite but it is what it is.

I feel good about my weight loss. Not only am I trying to eat better and am also eating 6 times a day most days. Small in quantity. Having trouble with fats and carbs. I will get there baby step by baby step.

Having the same struggle with fats and carbs. Thinking next week I might change things up a bit. Instead of having "meals" maybe I should think more of having 6 snacks a day. My mind is thinking two small snacks and planned meals but smaller amounts. If I make those "meals" snacks and more of them maybe that will work.
A co-worker does that. All in the mind I guess. He will eat and egg and toast for breakfast. Snack will be 1/2 pp&j and lunch will be the other half. Next snack might be yogurt and meal will be 1/2 chicken breast and veggies. Not sure I am describing this right but I do understand what he is saying. He lost 45 lbs by not having "meals" plus snacks but having 5 to 6 "snacks" a day. (those snacks are 1/2 meals in some cases)
Can't exercise with this broken toe. Doesn't seem to be getting much better as I have to stand all day at work on concrete.
I will do this, yes I will.
