Today went better than I expected. Tonight I fixed two small chicken breasts cut up and added a light sauce. I roasted carrots and mushrooms in the oven. We also had steamed broccoli. We topped off our meal with some roasted almonds

Today I was scared to death. Soup supper at our church. I had only three different soups and measured them out into 2 - 1/4 cup bowls and 1- 1/2 bowl. When it came to the sandwiches they were cut into 1/4 pieces so that was good. One chicken salad and one pimento cheese. (one slide of bread) What did me in was the peach cobbler. Of course I justified it because it was made with raw oats. Hahaha. First time I have ever left without feeling stuffed. Putting in everything as best as I could I really don't feel so bad.

well gee now I am confused. I am making cabbage steaks for supper and have no idea how to enter it on my food intake. Any idea's from anyone out there?

I am shocked at the weight I have lost since this process began. I know it will soon go slow losing which is not a bad thing. Eating 6 small meals a day has sure helped me. The support I have gotten from my buddy's has been so helpful.
