Oh this is so frustating. I weighed mid-week and had lost 3 lbs, then weigh in this morning, up 4/10's of a pound. Garrrr. Oh well, I'm still gonna stick with this diet plan, and try to follow it very close this week, I've got to keep losing!

Disappointed with a gain. I did jouranl all my food and felt I kept within my guidelines. Not sure what happened, but I'm haning in there, I know it will come off :)

Very happy with 1.5 pounds lost this week. I kept track of my food and I know that helps keep me motivated. I'm so happy with this site, it really helps since I'm not paying for WW but still basically follow it.
