So I am beginning my diet again today now that the holidays are over. I am disappointed with the amount of weight that I gained but I did have the best Christmas ever. With this new year I am going to work harder than I worked before the holidays and am more determined to get this extra weight off.

i decided that I wanted to enjoy the holidays and relax since i am never able to do that due to school and work. I am mildly disappointed in myself for slacking off but i will get over it. I will start recording my weights and get back on track the 4th of January.

This is the first time i have gained since i began this. i am so disapointed in myself. well maybe that will teach me against the excessive snacking i have been doing....and the key lime pie. Well i just need to get back on track. this is the first time it has looked like i am not going to make my end of the year goal. It is still possible i just need to give it my all these next couple of weeks.

Well this was the worst week for me on my diet. I am entirely surprised that i lost anything. I was not eating right and I do not believe that I exercised even one day this week. I really need to get back in gear so that I can get this extra weight off!
