Just posted my first post on Fat Secret. Just used the App, didn't realise it was a website/community. Feeling a bit anxious about going up to 2500kc from 2200kc but at 2200kc I was losing 1.5kg a week which isn't what I wanted to do. I want to build muscle and trim fat. Started cardio at the gym this week at the end of my workout which I've heard gets to work on the fat quicker. We will see. Need to lose flab handles at the side of my pecs. The rest of my body while smaller than I'm happy with is starting to look at least ok to me. Think my workout is generally in a pretty good place and should be getting good results, just need to tweak diet now. If 2500kc too much will try cutting down to 2400kc.
