Hello, I'm here because I need to get back in shape. I'm tired of feeling tired all of the time. And I don't like the way I look. So I'm setting out to change that. Through diet and exercise. I've tried getting in shape in the past but usually quit after a couple of weeks. Now I'm determined to make a lifestyle change so that I can be the best person mentally, physically, and spiritually that I can be.
