What's your workout?
I do not go to the gym or anything, but, I walk a lot @ least 6 days a week, I ride the bike for about 30 minutes. And, I also do zumba. The walking and bike riding are my favs cause I get to be outdoors.

Finding Extra Flavor
Hello
Why do you all eat egg whites as opposed to the whole eggs? I am on my first day of Induction and I am seeking out great advice to make this diet/ lifestyle work for me.

Atkins
Hi
I am so happy to meet this forum.
I want to ask, can I have an Atkins shake for dinner? I read somewhere that someone said they do not count net carbs, they just count the straight carbs. I had brocolli with my egg and bacon for breakfast, I had cauliflower for lunch with chive and parsley and I also had zuchinni, And, I am just thinking that maybe a shake will do fine for dinner if I can have it. Also I am thinking about a string cheese for snack. Added to that I am about 2 glasses away from consuming 1 gallon of water. So I am really not hungry. Just know I need to have something for dinner.
