Trying to get healthy after a series of unfortunate events - a broken ankle followed by Legionnaire's Disease, then a car crash - ouch! followed by covid led to a lot of sitting, a lot less exercise and now blood pressure problems. I've always been an avid vegie (and chocolate) lover but I'm trying the carnivore diet, with great results so far, less joint pain, less anxiety, better skin and a healthy change in body shape. I'm in my 50s, an Aussie who loves the mountains and forests and a bit of tech geek.
