No matter how much I lose right now, I still look down and see my big stomach. It's disheartening. I feel like a failure. I didn't even record my eating for almost a week! How is it I can have all the tools at my disposal for success but don't use them like I should?!

Went to weight loss center today. I go weekly. They were a little concerned over the fact that I lost 12 lbs in one week. I think it is because I'm so heavy and the weight just goes faster in the beginning. I hope that's the case because the last time I lost this much weight this quickly, it kept coming off and I found out I had cancer.
