Now that I am tracking what I eat, I eat a lot more. Bonus! I wasn't eating enough apparently. However, the real test will be when I step on the scale.

When I added my yoga workout, the calculator increased my required calories for the day. That doesn't work for me. I want to stay at the set number of calories. So, I am not posting my workouts.

First time counting calories. The calories from breakfast are way higher than expected. Good learning experience!

I want to lose 10 lbs for power yoga teacher training later this year. It may take awhile because I am gaining muscle. I work out almost everyday - sometimes twice a day. So, I will target 1/2 pound a week. Wish me luck! :>
