When I need more veggies, I cook with a can of diced tomatoes or blend a variety of veggies into soup. Quick and easy.

I know just the thing that will help! Aloe Vera juice. I have been using it for a couple of years now and it works great. Drink a glass of water with a tablespoon of Aloe Vera juice daily. I take it in the morning and use warm water, but it isn't required. No worries about negative side effects. There aren't any.
