Social events pressure
It's so hard to say "No" when people are trying to be hospitable and offer you all these tempting goodies! I caved last night. Now today is a retirement party at work with more of my favorite junk food. I'm going to make an appearance and stay clear of the food tables.
Eat before you go.
Stay clear of the food tables
Smile and say "No thank you" even though you want to tackle the man with the tray and devoure it all!
Go to the ladies room if you start to cave. Look in the mirror and remember why you are choosing to eat healthy and loose weight.
