OK, off to a terrible start these past two weeks!!! I am my own worst enemy when it comes to dieting. I failed at my first attempt but, I am back and more determined than ever!!

I fell 'off the wagon' last night. Had a stressful night, just couldn't seem to help myself!! Oh well, just have to be extra careful from now on! Got about a foot of snow last night, won't be walking today. I need to start drinking more water also!

Had a very good day today!! I stayed busy all day, only ate two times. Very tired tonight....but not hungry!!!

Just wanted to thank those of you who sent me encouraging messages!!! I came upon this site by accident and am very glad I did! It feels good to have somewhere to be able to vent truthfully about weight struggles. Again thank you all!!
