Just wanted to thank those of you who sent me encouraging messages!!! I came upon this site by accident and am very glad I did! It feels good to have somewhere to be able to vent truthfully about weight struggles. Again thank you all!!

Yep, i love this site too! It's a great place to talk about how you're feeling and to read about others. I find it very motivational and log on once a day. Good luck with your diet, i'm sure you'll do well :)
