I had a minor mis calulation last weight in it said I lost 10 lb but I typed the wrong number!!! I have been weight training And grained a good amount of muscle!! I go to the gym three time a week and jog 15 laps around the b ball court in the gym. I just got todether with friends and we got a good schedule going! I'm eatinga salad for lunch and Cerel in the morning Skim Milk is not as bad as i had thought. I did have some fudge today also and a slice of pizza. I am going to jam in the store soon (for those of you that don't know I work and own a Candy Store!!!) Wish me luck and I wish you all a safe and happy weekend!!

This is the first day on my diet. I think I can is the words going over and over in my head. I'm going to play Dance Dance for about 1 hour or more if I get in to it and post more on that later.

Hi today I'm starting my weight loss diet which will get me from 171 to 135 or lower. I'm going to do the Dance Dance rev. every day for 10 minutes a day then I'm going to learn to eat better more healthy foods and less fried foods.
