I just started to ride my bike to work !2 miles there and 2 miles back!!! I like to run so biking is easy until the hills!! my legs where like jelly!! and not like strawberry or grape!! that realy runny jelly you make at home!! HEHEHE but I save gas and got a work out too!!

my diet was on hold for a few months I was having test on my thyroid. It slightly hyper... like me! I have to lay on the sweets! Hello!!! I own a candy store!? I'm the main taste tester! well I guess I can live sugar free for a bit. I'm restarting my diet today!!! I got to get my cal and carb down! Hope you all are doinf well!!

Lose three lb of fat! I'm having salad today and just bought a new car I was looking at swimsuits and thought! I have to get Keira one for the summer! I think I'll stick to shorts till I get down to 150 Next year is one of my fav sayings! But this year I'm going to get down by the end of summer!
