Gosh it has been a while since I weighed in or posted. Happy New Year everyone! Had a whirlwind holiday, went to Colorado to see some snow as I am a Deep South girl. It was beautiful but a driver in oncoming traffic decided to go to sleep and drove straight at us in our lane just outside Breckinridge. My husband acted quickly and saved all our lives. Totaled our truck though. Anyway, been focused on getting home and dealing with the fallout, not on my diet.
Gained a few pounds. My doctor said I shouldn’t lose any more weight, but I am still in the ‘overweight’ range for my height, so I am going to focus on losing 10 more pounds then trying to hold steady. Hope everyone has a great day.

Went out of town for the holidays and had a difficult time staying on my diet. I am surprised I only gained 1.5 pounds. Hope everyone had joyful holidays.
