Still not getting thie right. Just changed direction a bit. Going to use "real meals" for a while. Keep it simple - things with one ingredient as much as possible. Stay away from breads, etc. too. Trying to get into walking now that the weather is nicer.

OK, now we begin. Again. Shooting to stay on track a bit better for a while. It's worked before; it will work again. Grilled some chicken, a prok chop and 2 chicken shish-kabobs for dinner & lunch this week. Garden salads, too...
