I know its silly complaining about how cold it is, and only being in California, but it is. I am preparing to get bundled up and walking to the gym where I intend to put in about 2 1/2 hrs between the treadmill, elliptical, and exercise bike. I've already done 30 mins of Pilates. Started a new multi vitamin this week and switched taking my thyroid rx from morning(which never worked for me) to bedtime and am really feeling a lot better, more energized. I haven't felt this good in years! I'm not entirely sure I've lost any weight as my 164 was from the drs scale, and my latest weight in is from the new scale I bought, but I love the idea of having it in the house, will really keep me honest I HOPE!

Good morning! Day 1 Atkins Induction.....so many failures (all at my own hands), but this time, I vow for success. I bring myself to FatSecret for support and to keep myself honest!
