So I took a break to see if the numbers were getting to me head and I've been maintaining but that's not enough. I'm going to have to start exercising more regularly. I did it before and I can do it again. Counting calories is going to be important to keep me away from all the foods I shouldn't be eating.

still the same.Maybe I should work out more often. The walking isn't enough. Winter is coming and I don't want to gain weight this year. I used to be 120 lbs before University and honestly there;s no reason why I can't get back down to that weight. Candy is not my friend and nor is chocolate. I'm going to have to start making more filling meals but I really don't want soup.
*sigh*
Time to try some new recipes!

I've been using this a little more loosely. I'm not putting everything in but I'm exercising more. Not sure if this is ok. I'll keep tabs on my energy lever and weigh myself soon and then again in a week or two to see how much I should rely on this system.
