Day 4-And I don't even wanna talk about the food day I had. Im glad we hooked up the Wii Fit..gave it a try tonight. Im hoping it helps tilt the scale back to the weight im aiming for. Time will tell Thursday on my first weigh in after beginning this journey.

Day 4- entry 1, Wife bought subway cookies yesterday. Purchased 3 and said the kids could eat 1 1/2 each. So this afternoon I gave them their cookies...and I ate the odd cookie.

Day 3- Feel like im adding more and more calories each day. Trying to stay below 2000cal...but every day i see an increase so far in my daily intake. still soldiering on. walking a bit more.. i'll get to a bike ride after i can raise my bike seat..lol

Day 2- Feel like I went overboard but the calorie intake doesn't lie. Still enjoyed my usual coffee even took a bite of cake. This evening we tried the cauliflower fried rice (with chicken). And It was fantastic. I can count on one finger the number of times I have tried cauliflower. I now have a favored rice replacement:) looking foward to my weigh in next week.

Day one- Lets see how well this goes. Im going to stay focused on this for my children and my wife. I shouldn't forget the reasons I want to be healthier. No video game is worth someones health.
