My husband and I spent they day in Albuquerque yesterday, shopping. We ate out twice. I had chicken fajitas, lunch size, at Chili's and half of a Costco chicken ceased salad. I think I handled the day well.

I'm going to try modifying the Keto plan. It just isn't working for me but I have been immersed in this plan since May. I only have lost 5 lbs. As of today. The idea of keto is good. Maybe I need less calories, maybe more protein. I shall see.

I'm starting to rethink LCHF. It isn't working for me. Any other plans that result in weight loss people? I think I've tried most of them. My metabolism is dead.
