Had a very non-SB dinner lastnight, complete with dessert. Still don't regret it, but I am 2 pounds heavier the next morning. Didn't want to record any gains, but im going to so I can remember what happens and keep track. Hitting the gym probably every night this week if I can.

Had a banana, and alot of cheese.. probably not as much water as I should have. At least there's no gain!
