I was very active and now I'm not :( I need to lose 70-100 POUNDS of FAT right now! Unfortunately for me this would be a very unrealistic way to lose weight, so I will just have to go the slow way and hopefully get there almost as fast. I will likely be hiking, biking and going to the gym as these type of activities were a part of my daily past life, and I enjoy them! Lately I have primarily been on a chocolate milk diet, so I guess I need to slow that down a bit and get back to a healthier daily diet.
