Well I need to keep track. last weekend was so busy. This weekend will be awful. I'm throwing my sons birthday party AND my boyfriend is coming into town, we tend to eat together a lot. Oh boy :(
But I've worked out 4 time after tonight's work out and I've lost 2 pounds!

I've come to realize I eat a bunch of carbs. I refuse to be on a low carb diet though. I've been healthy with carbs all my life. I just want to tone up and drop a few pounds. These aren't things that HAVE to be done, I just want to. So I decided I would drop carbs, but I'll try to reduce them
Let's see how that goes. Haha.
I was supposed to exercise last night, but I hate exercising after dinner but my dad likes it. I always feel sick. So we decided to have a family night at Walmart (I walked, does that count a bit). Tonight Dad, my son and I are going for a 30 minute walk.
Next week starts my 4x a week work outs. I have about and hour and 15 minutes before I need to be at school after dropping my son off at daycare. i'm going to take advantage of it!

I had breakfast this morning with a friend visiting from school. Yea. I think I had way more calories than I should have had. Oh well, it happens, if I get too mad at myself I'll be mad all day. If I just look at it as 'a once a month when she is in town so it's okay' thing, I'm not too worried.
I'll have to get better though!
