Started on green coffee 8/12. Supplement purchased at HealthWay is 500 mg. plus 50 mg calcium. Not sure what the calcium is for. Ordered 800 mg from website. A bit more pricey, not a whole bunch, but more mg may be worth it.
Monday exercise: 20 minutes walking. Appetite is better, not as tired. Sleeping is a bit of a problem. Waking up very early and not able to go back to sleep. Stressful week so that may be cause.
