I am so angry with myself. I have eaten my way back up to 195 lbs. Blood pressure is up. Afraid to do the blood tests to see what my cholesterol is. Can't seem to stop eating baked goods and candy and OMG Cheetos. Oh the Cheetos. I sit at work and eat through the day. I eat enough in the morning that by lunch I'm not even hungry. Lunch just sounds awful anyway if I am hungry. And speaking of feeling hungry. I think if I ate only when I was hungry I would hardly eat which is not good either. I always feel full. It's my mouth that wants the texture and taste. Hoping that starting over today will push me in the right direction. Husband is a junk eater and he doesn't believe me about how high of calories that he eats in a day. Hard to keep to eating well. I get rid of the junk, he brings it back home. We both need to lose about 30 pounds.
