I battled with weight my entire adult life. I even gained 10 lbs during military duty at the age of 20!
I am pre-diabetic and have high cholesterol, and have finally reached the point where I have to do something. My highest weight was 381. I am now at 337. Used portion control and elimination of sugary foods to reach this point, and recently have started a low sugar and low carb diet popular today that caused my daughter to lose 50 lbs. Hopeful to get some encouragement and useful info from any "Diet Pros"!
