Hubby ate the big chicken breast with his regular sauce (which is 60 cal) and cheesy rice. I arethe smaller chicken breast with Sugar free BBQ sauce (10 cal) with riced butternut squash topped with fat free cottage cheese.
His version was close to 800 calories, mine was just over 300 calories. I feel that it is important to find substitutions for the parts of meals that are high in calories so that I am not continually prepping two completely different meals for us. My meal was basically just a healthier version of his (and still really good).

Lunch: 3/4 cup crab meat, 2tbs lite Miracle Whip, 2 Romaine leaves, Seltzer. All under 200 calories.

Not too shabby!
Headed out today to have lunch with my in-laws. I have already scouted the menu online at the restaurant we are going to and the “good” choices are limited but I have found a few options that I can make work. Pre planning is a big help but knowing what foods are good choices in general is the key to sustaining.

Oh my goodness I am SO HAPPY!
I just realized that I now fit into a pair of Capri pants that I haven’t been able to wear for a few Summers. Woo hoo!
