Oh menstrual cycle…why do you have to toy with my weight loss emotions? My brain knows that a woman’s weight will fluctuate during “that time” but my heart just looks at the scale and goes THUD.
I know, dramatic, right? I’m over it, just gonna ride it out and stick to eating healthy stuff.

I didn’t weigh in today.
Kept under my calories but I was out of the house all day and unable to exercise (ugh!). Tomorrow I plan to do a little extra but nothing too crazy. Just gotta keep on keepin on…

It always feels good to see that middle number on the scale change instead of just the last one. Being back in the 180’s this morning really gave me a good feeling.
Today is grocery pick up day (I love not having to go into the store and fight the crowds). I got some new sneakers yesterday and took a short run, today will be a longer one, followed by a dog walk with some cuties from my dog walking business.
I am looking forward to Boca burgers for dinner tonight.

Yummy and filling breakfast today consists of scrambled egg whites, broccoli, red/yellow peppers, onions, and garlic with 1/8 cup of shredded mozzarella.
I am heading out to find some new sneakers so that I can start running again. I am going to work my way up slowly as it has been a looooong time since I was in running shape. I am hoping my lungs can handle it… my lung capacity and function isn’t the same after double pneumonia and pleurisy last year.
