GOOD PROGRESS ON ALL CHALLENGES EXCEPT 100 SIT UPS A DAY . DID 35 AND I FEEL THAT WAS GOOD.

first day of Daniel diet. Mindful eating , meditating., praying at the dinner table with tv turn down. raw foods on sale at Kroger. Must try harder on this challenge
