I am married with 3 grown Children and 7 grandchildren. I have lung disease so I must exercise and keep my weight down to stay healthy. I have always exercised but my lung capacity decrease every time I get sick. As I struggle with my illness I get to sick to exercise so I gain weight and loose muscle tone. I have been losing and gaining the same 10 lbs. my whole life. I like to use fatsecret to see my weight battles.

Other than surgery or weight loss there is nothing you can do but learn to love them. I too have large breast and I love mine. I was flat until I had my third child and then bam. I love it and wear clothes to enhance them. I exercise a lot and just deal with it.
My husband love them.

Whys did I get kick off the Push Yourself CHALLENGE
i have listed everyday in my exercise Journal that I have been doing it. I went to the Challenge forum to see the rules (see below) and no where listed does it say you have to weigh yourself everyday. I want to know why I was kicked off. My husband said it is because I am not significantly over weight and it is probably like HIGH SCHOOL where mean girls rule.

Push Yourself (100 Push-Ups + 100 Crunches)
The goal is to do 100 pushups and 100 crunches per day at least 3 days per week. This can be done 10 reps at a time.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I like the evenings after dinner. I use to run at night but it is really not that safe anymore. My husband and I bought an elliptical machine and put it in our family room right next to our recliners. We take turns on it while watching our shows on DVR. We can also talk and catch up with each other while working out. Now I taken to doing weight training and yoga in front of the TV too so now we are not couch potatoes. LOL
