Today I can't seem to get enough of eating bad. I went out at lunch with a friend and ate a hamburger and fries and dranked sweet ice tea. I have been trying to give up sweet tea, it seems you can't get enough of it once you start drinking. I turned around and ate spaghetti for dinner. I usaully try to eat whole wheat but tonight I ate the regular spegh. I not only ate the spegh, but also had hamburger with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and lots of spegh sauce. I will have to make better choices for the rest of the week.

I have managed to eat better today. I have not gotten my water goal for the day, but will drink nothing but water for rest of evening. I have made better food choices today. My goal for this week is to loose 2 pounds.

I started out doing well for breakfast and lunch, but bomb on dinner. I need to plan my meals out instead of just letting it happen. I have stopped going to the gym and need to get back in the habbit of going three times a week.
