We to the doctors today I loss some weight from last time. I am trying decided to do it on my own and not WW. I think too much about the points. I am starting to think counting calories will be better for me. I always thing one point is not going to hurt but its does. Well wish me luck for the one hundred time

Going to give it another try. It is so hard to keep on track with this weather. I hope with spring coming I do better. I am just going to write down everything I eat no matter how bad it looks. Any try to exercise every day. I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!!!

I haven't been watching what I eat the last 2 week or more. I also have not been writing down what I eat. THis is why I am doing so poorly I know it. I just wish the weight would come off fast. I get dicourage with how slow it takes. I just have except that is the way it is. I may not like it but I have to except it.

I have not waled on the treadmill in about a week. I am gaining again tthis suck I have to Exercise MORE and Drink MOre Water. I need a good kick in the but again to get moving. Help
