When to the beach day didn't get that much walking in but did get my hour in. Yesterday I gota pedometer. Iam going to try to walk 10000 steps a day or more.What I did today
1. walked an hour an stepped 76577 steps
2. did not drink but one water
3. wrote in my journal

I got my blood work back not so good
1 My cholesterol is high not much but I have to watch it.
2 My sugar was up alitte to. I am not a diebetic yet. I hope never.
I am glad I started dieting again. Its getting easier too.
- I walked an hour today. its was hard at first but by the end I felt good.
- I drank only 4 bottles of water again.
- An I am writing in the journal again

Did well again but tired.
1.Walked 1 hour.
2.6 bottles of water.
3. Wrote in journal.

I did ok today.
1. Walked an 1 hour again. My legs are killing me.
2. I only drank 2 water bottles today.
3. I am writing in my journal.
I wish I drank more water and wasn't sooo tired.
I also got an pedometer.
I stepped 9318 steps today.
Trying to do 10000 a day
