So annoyed that I didn't lose weight this week. I had a couple of cheats though and had two different restaurant occasions I couldn't get out of. I ate as on plan as possible when I went out but drank a bunch of wine on the weekend so I am sure that did absolutely NOTHING to help me. I am starting a 12 week challenge today so hopefully I will see some progress by the end. My husband is down 15 pounds and he cheated WAY more than me. It is really hard to stay positive when I have to struggle to lose one pound a week and he walks down the stairs and looses 10 pounds.

Last night we had company for dinner. I ate exactly what I was supposed to but I drank a bunch of wine. I was really worried that it would mess everything up but my weight stayed the same. Phew!

I did very well at my dinner out yesterday. I had one diet cola (typically a no no) a glass of water and a green tea to drink. Pretty decent considering we were seated in the bar area. To eat I got the smallest leanest steak they had and I ordered a side of premium greens and portobello mushrooms. I cut the steak down into an appropriate portion and brought the rest home. YAY ME! Today I woke up late so my meals got scrunched but I still stayed on plan.

Well so far so good. I stayed on plan all day but I am going out for dinner and a movie with a girlfriend tonight so I am going to try my very hardest not to pig out. Willpower has never been my strong suit. Lets just hope they don't have pictures of hot fudge brownie sundaes all over the place. On a positive note, I did an hour long Yoga Pilates work out and I didn't even die once. I am feeling a little rubbery but in a nice relaxed way.

Totally on plan yesterday and today. I am holding off until Monday for my weigh in. I don't want to see the ups and downs as I go through the week, I find it discouraging. Tomorrow I have dinner out with a friend but I am going to try to keep as close to the plan as possible.
