Last year my years new resolution was to quit smoking and I have accomplished that. This year my resolution is to lose at least 50 pounds. Started cutting calories and exercising on January 5th. Starting weight was 185 pounds. I CAN DO THIS!!!

My husband and I like camping. We have a travel trailer and plan several outings each summer, including taking my granddaughter and friend.

I also like crafts, cross stitch, crocheting and gardening. Work full time for a construction company as the project coordinator. Really like my job.

We'll be celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary this year!

Leslie Sansone , Debbie Rocker workouts
I have several of Leslie's DVDs and love them! My problem is staying motivated to exercise. I'll do good for about two weeks then slack off. Before I know it 2 weeks have gone by without me exercising. Any encouraging words would be appreicated. Good job on everyonre's progress!!!
