It's Friday....Now time to maintain without having work as a distraction from food....still feeling better though.

Day 2: feeling hungry and ravenous and wondering why nobody else is writing journals. GET TO IT! MOTIVATION! I just have to remember how crappy I feel after I eat 10000 calories. Feeling great now, just HUNGRY~

First day starting again after gaining all the weight back. Did pretty well today, and generally feel better when I eat less food. Didn't exercise today, but my calorie intake is a good start. Excited for the family challenge.
