I binged hard today...it was a therapy day and it was hard to control it. As time goes on, I hope this gets less and less. Using the FatSecret app, I don't see an area where I can track my strength training and I don't feel like logging onto the computer at the moment. Ah well...proud of myself on not only hitting the gym but completing Day 1 of the C25K program and doing some PM Yoga.

So when it rains it pours I suppose lol. This last week was very challenging in the workout area mainly because I had a cyst burst on my right ovary. Needless to say, today is the first day that I have felt pretty good. My right side is still a little tender but not nearly as bad as last week. Hopefully now I can get this weight loss going and not have anything happen. I know that any loss I experience will be water weight because I'm super bloated. Looking forward to doing this!

Last week was admittedly not the best for me. PTSD was triggered and I dealt with it like I always do...eating. This week will be better though. I see my therapist and hopefully he will be able to help me control it better this time. I am going to be optimistic and try really hard to get my momentum going again.

So this week started off really strong but Thursday it seemed to come to a halt and it's been a little challenging to get back on the horse so to speak. I am not going to let this deter me any though. I am going to pick everything back up on Monday. I am still proud of the fact that I managed to workout at least 3 days of the week so it's a good start in my opinion. I just need to find that momentum again and keep going. I have found that Tuesdays and Thursdays are definitely a challenge because my energy levels are so low. Oh well...just have to keep on pushing right?

So it has definitely been a long time since I have been on here. I believe that I quit using this site because I just relying more in MyFitnessPal and I was having issues with the app. Problem with MyFitnessPal is that it isn't as personal in my opinion. Yeah you can leave comments but it just isn't the same.
Anyhow, my plan this time around is to follow the routine that has been given to me by my personal trainer and combine that with 45 minutes of cardio. For cardio, I am going to alternate between two workouts. On gym days, I am going to attempt to utilize the C25K app and on the off days, I am going to do this Tabata workout that I really like from the Fitness Blender website. With food, I still plan on going with moderation but also use the Intermitten Fasting on the weekends. I only do that on the weekends mainly because with my job, I need the boost in energy to keep up with 26 2 year olds so I am eating like every 2 hours (small meals).
I suppose that is a good enough update for now. :)
