LOW FAT MEAL FOR BREAKFAST
FRUIT SMOOTHIE
1 CUP SOY MILK
1/2 TSP CINNIMON
1/2 BANANA
1 CUP FROZEN FRUIT MIXTURE PEACHES, MANGOS, PAYPAS, STRAWBERRIES, PINEAPPLE
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.
THIS IS MY MINI CHALLENGE CONTRIBUTION FOR SWEETS BE GONE 2ND WEEK

WELL I blew it. Today is my birthday and I went to Ft McDowell Indian Casino and had fry bread with honey and powdered sugar and my boyfriend made me a birthday cake which I haven't tried yet that will be tonight. Have to get back on the wagon tomorrow.
