Hello. I am just a guy who's been fat his whole life and never really cared much about it until recently. I won't go into details but in the course of about 3 months I had probably 7 incredibly depressing events with my weight at it's epicenter. So I decided to get serious about weight loss for the first time in my life. I keep going through patches where I'm not losing as fast as I would like but overall I think I'm doing better than most.
While my ultimate goal is to get to 205 I also want to hit 230 by mid August. Aggressive? yes. But I just might make it. Wish me luck.
(update) Got IT!
(update) I finally managed to hit 205 after much drama during the last month. I'm still not satisfied. Going to 185 and then maybe 170.
