Being away for a few day, dealing with 2 very sick baby's and hubby, but tracking everything in my notebook, will check with you guys later

well today was not a good day, eating out is something I need to stop doing or a least learn to get better food, it was a long day of groceries, prk with the boys, some shopping done by the time with got home it was bath time, dinner and cleaning time(o.c.d)got me feeling like my kitchen was messy so have to do some major cleaning but tomorrow is another day I have to be more on poin with taking water cause is not on my list always have to forse myself to drink water

well on this new diet my only issued is the eating breakfast, I am not a breakfast person, am a coffee person, and is being hard for me to do that cause am not hungry in the morning, am sleepy and tired but not hungry, that's why I NEED MY COFFEE! but gonna keep trying.

being in this 1200 calories diet for a week now, am also working out for 30 to 45 minutes a day, I have 2 toddlers that need me 24/7 am tired and hungry but am trying... let's see how i feel about it a week from now lol!
