Ok, so I fell off the wagon and I could use the excuse of work being too busy and the holidays however, regardless it's the New Year, this is not just a resolution fad and I am back on track.....tomorrow. :) I am starting this New Years journey with a new found friend in my same town and we are going to hold each other accountable and keep each other motivated. Cheers to the new us!! If anyone has any tips for keeping on track please feel free to drop a line.

I didn't do as well this week as I would have liked but I still lost weight. I took in less calories than normal but they weren't necessarily healthy calories. I'm going to get a gym membership for next week, go swimming and walking a few times and hoping for better results. I'm still happy with a loss rather than a gain :)
